The World Missions Cake-Off is a raffle that took place at Berea Church in Asheville. Myself along with five other cake designers, designed cakes to be auctioned on October 11th. All of the proceeds from the auction went to Mission Haiti. There were seven cakes and a quilt raffled for the cause. This turned out to be a great success for Christ! Thank you Jehovah! You don't have to travel to another country to affect a person of need in another country! Thank you to all cake decorators and the quilt donator! The quilt was a double wedding ring quilt, handmaid in 1983 by the donators grandmother! Six of the seven cakes are pictured here (one we didn't get a picture of):

Love the cakes and the new blog set-up. Hope the auction brought lots of money for the mission. Everybody can use their talents for the glory of God!
